Divino is a fantastic restaurant and wine bar run by a family that know great food and wine. Sample incredible wines by the glass and sit in their very relaxing and private outdoor courtyard/garden.

Amazing Italian wine selection in one of Edinburgh's cellars (directly underneath the Cellar Door so nice for an aperitif before dinner). Friendly staff too. Lot's of wine tasting events too.

Amazing Italian food and wines to die for!! A secret hideaway of a restaurant that not a lot of people in Edinburgh know about. Our favourite place in Edinburgh to go out for dinner and red wine!! We stumbled upon it completely by accident located under George IV Bridge. They do excellent Italian food and hundreds of delicious wines, all available by the glass. Its family run and the staff are lovely! (££)

For special anniversaries or birthday dinners. The waiters are friendly and professional and the food is sensational, especially the burrata mozzarella.

You are made to feel welcome and special. The wine carousel is a sight to behold. You could spend far too much time sampling the wine and forget the food. But don't because the food is great too and not too expensive for the quality. We would happily go again, and again........
