The Olympic Stadium hosted the Athletics and Paralympic Athletics events at the London 2012 Games, as well as the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. The Stadium is located in the south of the Olympic Park on an ‘island’ site, surrounded by waterways on three sides.
The London Stadium, formerly known as the Olympic Stadium, is home to the West Ham team who are a Premier League team. It has great atmosphere and it also hosts other large events such as Rugby, Athletics, Baseball and more.
