Chiang Mai's main evening market. May be a bit to touristy for some, but if you are looking to shop for souvenir's then it may be worth checking out.

The main venue for shopping in Chiang Mai, indeed all of Thailand, the night bazaar is a can't-miss part of the Chiang Mai experience. Ground zero of this nightly commerce bomb is located at the intersection of Chang Khlan Road and Loi Khro Road but the whole thing spreads out for two blocks in either direction. Set up time is around sunset (usually about 18:00) and shopping goes on unabated until about 22:30 with a few vendors remaining open even later. Open: 5:00 pm. - at noon (By walk 10-15 min from my Room) Night Bazaar is Old Thai Traditional Place of Chiangmai. It don't even open until 5 p.m., Many handmade works of art, clothing, spices, food. Anything you can think of you will find here. My tip for Bargain, Please Smile face and Buy item more than 2-6 and ask Price (that you discount 25% already). If you buy one item, you cannot Bargain ( If that Price is higher than 600 bath, May you should Bargain )
