We have a few vegans and vegetarians in our family and Adam’s is always a favorite spot for breakfast and dinner. The menu is varied and unusual and we’ve never had a bad meal here. Try it!

In Manitou Springs and a great spot for any meal, although we are partial to their breakfast. Great vegan options too!

Vegetarian restaurant and coffee. It's a little further but Manitou is a neat place to see! Stop by mineral water wells.
