Arguably the best place in town to get a biscuit. There might be a line, but believe us, it’s well worth the wait. We recommend the east nasty and an order of bonuts for the table.

This restaurant is a must-eat! In the heart of the Gulch downtown (another destination you should see...lots of shops and restaurants). This place usually has a lengthy wait, so I’d try it when in the ‘off’ hours for better luck.

Another great breakfast spot. Biscuit Love is a 15-minute walk from the studio. You might eat so much that an Uber/Lyft home is necessary.

“Nashville is known for hot chicken, and there are lots of places to get it. Warning: hot chicken is really HOT. I’m not kidding.
Prince’s is the original, but it burned, and I'm not sure if they have relocated. My favorite is Hattie B’s (midtown or West Nashville). Bolton’s was started by one of the original chefs at Prince’s, but I can't even handle the mild there (it's super hot!). I’ve also heard Party Fowl in the Gulch also has great hot chicken. But try some hot chicken before you head home!”
