Los Arcoiris is the best local spot for authentic Mexican fare. They’re tucked out of the way, right off of 321, just inside Boone and is a local favorite. Generous portions, wide selection and affordable menus are your treat. While you’re there, try the Burrito Diablo for a spicy treat…paired perfectly with a Boonshine Squatch.
