Il Mercatale is a market hall for direct sales of local products. It is shared by several local producers, and is one of the first examples of short distribution chain in Italy. At Il Mercatale you can purchase the best Tuscan products: vegetables, fruits, wine, fresh milk, cheeses, meat, sausages, olive oil, bread, pasta, honey and many others. It is located in Montevarchi, Piazza dell’Antica Gora 6, open from Mon. through Sat. 9:00 am-1:00 pm, 4:00-8:30 pm.
