Harmons is a unique grocery store. They have a phenomenal salad bar, deli, and bakery that offer full hot and cold selections of salads, hot sides and roasted meats. You can piece together a wonderful meal, including dessert for a small dollar. There is even a small area designated to eat with tables, chairs and various condiments and eating conveniences. The produce is great and again, many things are prepared ready to go for the travel minded person. (I personally recommend the individual portion of the fresh guac.) You can pick up only the portion that you need without worry of where to store leftovers. They open at 5 AM and stay open well beyond my awake time.

Harmons is a local grocery store chain that specializes in organic, locally-sourced products. If you are looking for gluten free items, they have a wide variety as well. They are a bit pricier than other grocery stores, but the quality of the product is usually excellent. ADDRESS: 870 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097

One of my go-to stores, Harmons has tons of organic and local products and a much bigger variety than Sprouts.
