You have to. It's expensive but it's also an experience. It's located on the ground floor of the Antinori Mansion, which is one of the best examples of Florentine architecture of the mid 1400's.

Since 1957, Cantinetta Antinori has been one of the most renowned places for wine and cuisine in Florence. It is located in Piazza Antinori (which intercepts via de 'Tornabuoni), on the ground floor of the prestigious building of the same name. An elegant and discreet environment, where it is possible to taste the whole range and a wide selection of Antinori wines. The choices in the kitchen of Cantinetta Antinori arise from the accuracy with which the raw materials are researched and selected, favoring seasonal and local products, mostly coming from Tuscany: choose the cecina with squid and prawns, the veal ossobuco alla fiorentina and pappardelle with Tuscan ragù. Reservation is reccomended.
