Great brunch with full bar. Lots of rooms for groups. Off the major roads. Parking is rough so take an Uber.
This gem is tucked away a few blocks from the Broadway scene, but is always worth checking out. It's the best country-kitchen downtown, with great service and delicious food. The Bloody Mary is hard to beat, and the fried pork chop is one great way to start the morning.
Hands down, the best pancakes in all of Nashville. Plus, there is a full bar all day.

“Grins Vegetarian Cafe is located on the Vanderbilt campus but welcomes anyone craving fresh vegetarian (and certified kosher) fare. Opened over a decade ago by Fido’s Bob Bernstein, the cafe serves breakfast items, paninis and wraps, soups, salads and specials like Indian veggie curry. Note that Grins closes for Jewish holidays and follows Vanderbilt’s schedule for holidays and seasonal breaks.”
