Apparently this restaurant has the best ribs in Hobart. The chef is a Louisiana native who also spent time in Texas. A very popular local restaurant and you will need to book. Open 4 days a week, open Wednesday-Saturday.

The Texas Pantry A little slice of cheesy, meaty, calorie laden American classics, The Texas Pantry features some seriously delicious, authentically southern food right where you’d least expect to find it. Go there for great Tex-Mex options, good smoked meats, delicious burgers and the best (and probably only) waffle fries in Tassie. A 10 minute drive or short bus ride from West Hobart.
