Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing yet close to it all! This gorgeous renovated barn with 300-year-old church doors from Baltimore and huge north-facing picture windows is located on a gorgeous 6-acre property in rural Franklin amidst rolling hills and wildlife, but it is only 10-15 minutes from wonderful restaurants and shopping. The cottage is outfitted with high-end finishes, luxury furnishings, thoughtful touches, and ready for you to experience the best vacation stay ever! Pets are also welcome.

The Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Stand alone guest house in a beautiful private wooded setting. Studio style (no separate bedroom) with comfy king bed and queen sleeper sofa, recently remodeled bathroom with large shower, fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator and microwave) and coffee bar with Keurig. Short drive to downtown Nashville (45 minutes or so depending on traffic) Franklin, Leipers Fork and near I-40, I-65 and I-840. We love animals but do not allow pets due to regular, returning guests with pet allergies.

The Rockin Double B Farm is only 8 miles from Historic Leipers Fork Village, 10 miles to Franklin and thirty miles south of Nashville. Convient to the I-840 and I-65. Private entrance, parking. The Lower Level attached apartment and porch has amazing views of Cayce Springs Valley. While being out in the "country" we have a movie theater, shopping mall, restaurants Thompsons’ Station, a little tranquil town with rural landscape, and rolling hills, yet near to all the world-renowned attractions.
