E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

Apartments in a villa with a big garden located in Mulinetti, close to Recco. The apartment is brand new and the furniture is high quality. There are a wide terrace and a small private garden with an astonishing view on the sea and Portofino mount. Le due finestre offrono viste mozzafiato da Punta Chiappa a Genova, e tramonti indimenticabili. Piccolo ma confortevole, è il risultato di una attenta e accurata ristrutturazione. Small stonehouse, great place

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
