Come for the fun to a spacious 1st floor walkout basement just 1 mile from Busch Gardens & Water Country and just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg & William and Mary. You'll have a large pool table, bar area, private entrance, hot tub, firepit, coffee bar, and free parking in a quiet neighborhood. The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry. We would love to share anything you want to know about the area, and surrounding cities. Jamestown and Yorktown are also close by.

This lovely, spacious waterfront home is located on the York River in Gloucester County Virginia. It is the perfect get away to enjoy the relaxing sounds and sights of nature. The views are spectacular! Keep an eye out for osprey and dolphins as you enjoy watching the sunrise and set over the water. There is plenty to do! Relax in the salt water pool overlooking the water, bring a pole & fish and crab right off of the private dock, or venture out on the kayaks. 16 ton boat lift, Jet ski lifts.

Our cozy little 2 bedroom, one bath, small dog friendly home is on a corner lot in a family friendly neighborhood just minutes from major attractions like Busch Gardens/Water Country. This area is rich with historical sites. Be sure to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Charming Yorktown Battlefield Cottage

Kick back and relax after a day of touring the historic triangle. This space was originally built as an artists studio for renowned folk artist Nancy Thomas. The amount of natural light is wonderful and there are still some paint remnants from its former days as an artists studio adding to its unique character and history.
