Cozy Koi Cottage

Centrally located in the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains and easy drives to Asheville 90 minutes, Charlotte 75 minutes, Blowing Rock 40 minutes, 65 minutes to Grandfather Mountain State Park and 80 minutes to Sugar Mountain ski resort. There are numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain offer skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. There is exceptional mountain biking as close as 8 miles from the house. Zip lines and other attractions near by.

You will share this custom duplex with other BnB guests but the top duplex is exclusively yours with private entrance, 20ft vaulted ceilings, large rock gas log fireplace, remodeled kitchen, new appliances, 1 & 1/2 baths, wrap around porch, and large sunroom overlooking the river and mountains. In the huge backyard are two private fire-pits: one on sandy area on the river bank and the other to the right of the house looking up river. Riverside duplex enters from back. *No shared inside space.

Relax with the family at this completely updated cottage built in the 1940s. Featuring two bedrooms with plenty of comfy relaxing area. Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House is a converted guest house behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof. Privacy fencing surrounds the fire pit and patio.

Nearby are grocery stores, restaurants, urgent care, fast food. 8 minutes to downtown Morganton, 1 hour to Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway, 40 minutes to Blowing Rock, 30 minutes to Hickory, 4.5 hours to the ocean. Private 3 acre property with small (400sq ft) "tiny house". Ideal for 2 to 5 people. It has a queen bed, 2 sofas that fold open into twin beds; and 4-foot height sleeping loft with two twin mattresses. Covered deck; 3 small ponds; party pavilion . . Basic toiletries and linens supplied, as well as plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. This is a non-smoking cabin! Please do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds. Several trashcans are on the property for your use.

Newly renovated, 1,000 square foot apartment is well decorated & appointed in order to give you an experience as fabulous as the location! This is my second Air BnB; the other is named “Sweet Downtown Digs”. Please check that listing out & know I’ll do my absolute best to ensure you have a wonderful stay here! As Cute As Can Be! Home Away From Home!
