This is a wonderful old country estate on 22 acres along the river. It is so peaceful, you will feel right at home. It is a work in progress, so please bear with if parts of the house are unattended.

This is a wonderful old estate on the banks of the Merrimack River. The White Room is a small room with a full size bed, a comfortable chair, a desk and TV. I have also added an electric teapot , tea and sugar. Due to the virus, each listing now has a private bathroom. The bathroom for the White Room is down the hall and around the corner.
