MiT Villa is situated in a palm tree garden directly on the beach. Was established in 2021. The house consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor (each with its own bathroom) and one bedroom on the first floor in the open formula, a living room with an open kitchen, which opens onto a 50-meter terrace with a swimming pool. The upstairs bedroom can also be used as a work area or for enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle.
