Fort Lovrjenac, also known as the Gibraltar of Dubrovnik, is a fortress located on a cliff outside the outer walls on the west side of Dubrovnik, 37 meters above the sea level. The fort is known for the performances and weddings that take place in this monumental building and most importantly as a historical symbol of resistance to the Venetian Republic. Great to see!

It is possible to take a boat from the old port (from the Old town of Dubrovnik), the boat stops just some 100m far from the restaurant. The restaurant is one of those hidden jewels, you just have to try it. Chef and co-owner is Lukasz Widomski, famous and passionate Polish cook. You have to see his creative plates. Not very cheap place, but not too expensive. You have to try it once, but be warned, you will want to come back to try all the other meals too :)
