Easy to shop, cost conscience grocery store. Great selection, prices, and easy to get to right off I-15 @800 N. This market is only a few blocks from our home as well. They have an awesome bulk section so you just purchase what you need while traveling. The produce is mostly pick your own portion - very little pre-packed.
There are many organic selections reasonably priced as well. The deli area offers great daily made salads and they don't last the day. The sell out quickly.
There is a bakery on site as well - again, everything is pick your own portion. A great feature if you are only needing a small portion. You only want 1-2 rolls? - no problem.

Harmons is a unique grocery store. They have a phenomenal salad bar, deli, and bakery that offer full hot and cold selections of salads, hot sides and roasted meats. You can piece together a wonderful meal, including dessert for a small dollar. There is even a small area designated to eat with tables, chairs and various condiments and eating conveniences.
The produce is great and again, many things are prepared ready to go for the travel minded person. (I personally recommend the individual portion of the fresh guac.) You can pick up only the portion that you need without worry of where to store leftovers.
They open at 5 AM and stay open well beyond my awake time.
