Enjoy a day at the beach, swimming, tanning, paddle boarding or even snorkeling. It is what I would call a family-friendly beach: not overcrowded and safe. Not a good spot for surf!

North-East of the bridge is the start of the Spit to Manly bushwalk. It's about 10-13km from memory, and makes an excellent day out. Beaches, bushland, forest, stunning views, etc Great day out. Take the bus back from Manly to Mosman.
