Oryana is a local organic store that also has a small restaurant, Oryana Cafe, (previously known as Lake Street Cafe). They offer fresh made sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads, as well as coffee, tea, and smoothies. They also have a large selection of grab-in-go food. Everything is organic, and there are a lot of gluten free options, as well as Vegan options.

Absolutely our most favorite place to go when we want to have a beer. Tucked away on 16th St next to Boardman lake, it's offers a large selection of original brews, a small food menu, and a large lounge that is filled with games. Great for groups.

Michael Moore spearheaded the renovation of this historic art house movie theater on the waterfront. Unlike the State Theater, this theater screens big block buster films, but just like the State Theater it is operated by volunteer staff & has fantastic popcorn. :)

Used to be open 24 hrs, but please check hrs if attempting an early morning visit. Michigan chain grocery store with a large selection of organic produce and local products. It pre-dates Walmart but is essentially the same thing except nicer, haha. There is also a Starbucks inside, however it's hours are not the same as the rest of the store.
