1300 College Rd(3.3 mi) This is a 2,200-acre bird sanctuary, located within the city limits of Fairbanks. With very little man-made light it makes for excellent viewing of the Northern Lights. There are also many short winter trails you can venture out on as well. We recommend a flash light or headlamp in addition to warm clothing.
