Check out the Lolly shop! Plan for about a half day, the oldest bridge in Australia. Check out the beautiful churches, antique shops etc. Good food options.

Generally road will closes when snow level come down too low but you can still get up part way, plenty of places to stop and build a snowman

Lots of beautiful stalls with artisan products, spirit tastings, fresh produce and eateries, my favourites are Salamanca Images, site 163 for artisan Huon Pine products, Tasmanian Honey stall, McHenrys Gin and whisky tastings and Dr Coffee for the coffee lovers.

If your leaving Hobart and heading St Helens way it’s a must see. Has been highly recommended from
other guests.
