Great for walks and views, with highland cows and horses roaming freely between May and October. A large area of common land, you can start by walking up Dr Brown’s Rd (3min walk up from your parking space). From the top of Dr Brown’s Rd, turn left to walk through the remainder of the common.

Among the most popular and beautiful Cotswolds villages. It is a must visit.
Stroud’s Saturday farmer’s/ food market is well worth a visit, open 9am-2pm. Around 10min drive.
There’s also the Malthouse Collective for antiques and coffee/ cakes.

Probably the most famous Cotswolds village. Whilst it gets very busy during the peak months and a slightly longer drive from the cottage, it is a must visit. Once you’re there, you can also explore nearby Lower Slaughter, Stow-on-the-Wold and other surrounding villages.
