On the narrow avenue, boutiques, bistros, galleries and gift shops are tucked into cubbyhole-sized storefronts. Also home to the Nation's oldest wooden school house.

A great place to rent a kayak at Salt Run. Camping is also available. Lots of hiking and exploring, a great place to ride a bicycle. The beaches are spectacular.

A1A Beach Blvd., the Pier area offers free amenities like pedestrian ramps, beach access, a splash park, a covered pavilion, showers, bathroom, and parking for both regular vehicles and handicapped parking.
The pier also has beach volleyball courts and bocce courts and is walking distance from other beach and swim apparel shops, seaside restaurants, and coastal hotels.
There is a Farmer's Market on Wednesdays from 8-noon.
