This stunning hike ascends a ridge that offers views of the ocean and south bay. On a clear day you can see Mt Diablo to the East and The Faralones Islands to the West. The ridge line is home to an old nike missile site and the place SF was first spotted by white people.

Gorgeous beaches, stunning iconic landscapes, this is why the California coast is legendary. My favorite hike is the Tomales Point trail. It is a long one, but you can turn back at any point and the Tule elk are fascinating.
