Famous park in Tokyo, you can enjoy nature and also boat, zoo, and Hanami in spring. Alison there are restaurants, cafes, Izakayas nearby.

Great place to visit if you want to avoid the foreign crowd. Almost as big as the Ueno Park. A must-go-place during the cherry blossom season to have a more local experience on how Japanese people do hanami~

Large park in the middle of Shinjuku. Really quiet at night, good for a walk.

This is a popular park where locals go to relax. There is a pond inside the park where you can rent either a row boat, paddle boat or swan boat ($6-7 for 30-60 min depending on the boat size). This park is also annex to the Inokashira Zoo. It gets a little crowded on the weekends, but you can catch street performers and local artists selling handmade goods.
