La Formagerie Boursault is One of the best specialist of french Fromages in Paris. I usually buy the wine there, the Tarani, in white or red, an excellent wine from Languedoc and unexpansive (4,90 €)

Best cheese shop ever! Try the 24 month old comte, Morbier, Napoléon and their "gâteau au fromage" is also excellent. They are very nice and give good advice.
