This is one of our favourite pubs in the forest. It is a 25 minute cycle or an hour and a half’s walk away. Good atmosphere, pub grub and a duck pond 👌

This is a traditional forest pub right surrounded by trees and sheep and not much else. It takes about an hour to walk there from The Annexe @ Granny's Apple Lodge but then you can reward yourself with a really good value meal and a refreshing drink before heading to Mallard's Pike and then walking back from there.

Unique and charming, end of the world pub set deep in the heart of the forest. Always a pleasure to kick back or pit stop here.

Good pub in relaxed setting, right in the middle of the forest. Big outdoor space and playground. On the way back from Mallards Pike. Call 01594 562008 for bookings.
