It’s still hard to find Burmese food in London, so my supper club Yee Cho—a pop-up at The Gun—really stands out. There are lots of Asian ingredients you’d recognise but not as you’ve had them before. I cook my family’s recipes, which I put my own spin on, like omelette curry. I predict Burmese food is going to be one of the next big food trends.
