Flavors are abundant and innovatively combined. Amid a cool gray dining room decorated with red Berber rugs and touches of chiseled plaster, you can start with a selection of small tapaslike salads, each colorful and jewel-like: a bright mound of julienned carrots scented with vanilla; roasted, marinated eggplant slices around a core of sweet almond paste; pumpkin purée with diced nuts and a crisp phyllo shard. The beguiling interplays continue in the form of beef shank with candied lemons and a standout chicken tajine stewed in a broth of diced onions and topped by sweet tomato jelly sprinkled with sesame seseeds and almonds. Saffron and cardamom infuse the dual crème brûlée dessert.

Le Libzar est un restaurant marocain qui offre une cuisine marocaine typique comme la Tanjia, la pastilla ou le tajine d'agneau aux olives, concoctés par la talentueuse chef Assia. On y découvre toute la subtilité des épices ainsi que les différentes influences qu’a connues le Royaume. On peut ainsi y savourer un couscous aux 7 légumes, un couscous d'agneau ou un couscous au poulet, raisin secs et oignons. Il y en a donc pour tous les goûts !
