Makino is one of the more upscale restaurants in Cairo, but if you're looking for traditional Japanese food, there's nowhere else to go but here. As a major plus, they even have pork available, which is a very rare phenomenon in Cairo.

If you want to vary your pleasures, this is a great restaurant frequented by Japanese expats. On the pricey side.
