Modern Filipino cuisine that is my favorite place to have lechon-de-leche pancakes (a la peking duck with hoisin sauce etc), the deconstructed Adobo Flakes, the local ceviche called Kinilaw, and a whole lot more.

If you'd like to try Modern Filipino cuisine, drop by Chef JP Anglo's SARSA. He specializes in 'Ilonggo' fare from Bacolod, a coastal city in the island of Negros. Try the inasal grilled specialties. One of my favorites for comfort food.
