Toorak Cellars is equal parts bottle shop and wine bar, located just opposite Toorak station on Beatty Avenue.

Very cool little wine bar - great rustic feel. Buy bottles straight off the rack and pay a small corkage fee to cosy up for hours and enjoy, or you can buy by the glass from the extensive list.
