AMI Stadium for Rugby - Sports- Adjacent Addington Raceway. Court Theatre, Good Variety of Restaurents, Cafe's,Bars, all a few minutes walk from here. Also Barrington Mall. Train Station is a Tower Junction good for a trip to the West Coast. All these places are a few minutes walk from here.

Christchurch's major rugby park, so Somerfield Sanctuary is a great base if you are in town for one of the major international or local games.
