Open Air Ice skating is very popular during the winter - and available in many parts of Copenhagen. This is also much safer than going ice skating on a lake when the water freezes. In Christianshavn, you find the nearest one that is conveniently situated just beside sone food stalls. Address: Broens Skøjtebane, Grønlands Handels Plads, 1401 København K Skate rentals 50 DKK per hour. Open 10 AM - 8 PM from Sunday-Thursday and 10 AM - 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Check the season as it depends on the weather. Normally it is November-March. In Tivoli Garden's Winter season they also offer outdoor ice skating.
