Brooklyn Crab was built in the summer of 2012 to celebrate its owner’s passions for fishing, family, and seafood. The unique restaurant & event venue is built on two beautiful decks overlooking the New York Harbor, along with a large backyard beer garden and a below deck bar. Brooklyn Crab offers fresh seafood from the Atlantic, Gulf, & Pacific Coasts. The menu also includes a variety of non-seafood items to please both vegetarian & carnivore palates. It’s one of the best places to feel like you’re out of the city without actually leaving. The breathtaking 360° views of Lower Manhattan & the Harbor along with fresh seafood fare give you that feeling of summer relaxation all year round!
Great outdoor spot for drinks and seafood. Packed when the weather is right, but you'll realize why when you get there.
This seafood spot isn't in Park Slope, it's in nearby Red Hook, but is definitely worth a visit. It has two large decks overlooking the harbor and all your seafood specialties, including three different kinds of crab rolls and jumbo chunk crab cakes.
“Iconic dive bar with live music nearly every night. Can get pretty crowded on the weekends but is super fun. CASH ONLY!”
“Bottanica serves drinks, food, cocktails and sometimes has music in the bottom of this old factory, which now makes parachutes. Next door, Cacao Prieto makes chocolate!”
“ Amazing cocktails, delicious hash browns at weekend brunch, Monday burger night, Wednesday oyster special.”
“Great whiskey. Take the tour or try some of their craft cocktails. Tell them Drew and Melissa sent you! Melissa (the person who normally lives downstairs) works there. ”
“The Red Hook Lobster Pound is the source of lobstericiousness in NYC. We serve the areas best lobster roll, with mayo or butter, steamed lobster dinners, amazing hot dogs, and finally french fries. We are a fixture at markets around town including Smorgasburg.”
