This is a little known swimming hole that Phoenix natives escape to in the summer. Oak Creek is always cold and Sedona weather is always at least 10 degrees cooler than Phoenix. it can be crowded on weekends but is a little hard to get down to from the parking area. Bring an inner tube or a lawn chair to sit in the creek and cool off in the summer. You have to pay to park.

Convenient spot to access Oak Creek for a dip. It requires little walking from your car to get to the creek.

generally can get parking and its a great place to swim -- there is a fee of $9 I believe to park - that may need to be verified if rates have increased since I was there a few months ago...bring a picnic blanket and plenty of sunscreen

A small swimming hole spot with in Sedona! Open 7 days a week, 8AM-8PM, entrance fee $10 per vehicle.
