"ESCA studio restaurant’s chef/owner, Gábor Fehér, spent several years in reputable Hungarian restaurants, collected experience in Denmark and then graduated in Paris’ famous culinary school Le Cordon Bleu. Afterwards he came back to Budapest and launched his remarkable, small, but intimate restaurant in the heart of the city."
