Situated in the small bay of Stavros in Akrotiri. It is near the sea, the old windmill and under the imposing Tamarix trees from which the restaurant derives its name from. The establishment offers a hospitable and simple, but meticulously put together, setting. Here you can taste the mouthwatering traditional Greek dishes that have been prepared in a way that sets them apart from others as they have given a personal touch.
