Aldeias de Xisto is a network of over 20 small and authentic villages in the mountains nearby. Some of these villages are entirely build in schist stone. Have a look how people are living for centuries in traditional manner. It's great to spend a full day here. Easy to combine a couple of villages into one day trip. Try Cerdaira, Talasnal! All villages are easy reachable by car. Stunning hike trials nearby.

There are over 20 schist villages in the Serra da Lousã Region alone. These lovely hand built stone villages are usually located at mountain tops completely isolated from modern civilization.

Talasnal é mais uma das aldeias bem preservadas inserida na Rota das Aldeias de Xisto e de fácil acesso, que aconselho a visitar. Tem uma vista deslumbrante.
