If you follow the main road into the citadelle, Chez Tao sits above a stone staircase on your left. It's usually only open on weekends and often has live music before the DJ comes on in the later hours. It has two outdoor terraces with a beautiful view overlooking Calvi where you can have some drinks before going inside to dance.
