The heart of Oslo, between the parliament and the Royal Palace. In summer there are beautiful fountains while in winter it is turned into an ice rink. There are possibilities for renting skates.

The Spikersuppa ice skating rink in the middle of Oslo city centre is open and free for everybody. I believe it is 30Nkr to rent ice skates.
