San Pancho has long been known as a foodie’s paradise. There were just a few restaurants, but they were all excellent. Since about 2014 San Pancho has seen lots of new restaurants pop up. Some have come and gone. Many have new owners or new chefs. All of which means that there are many more options for eating out, BUT Melissa and I are not in a position to evaluate them. So we offer our views on the old standbys. MARIA’S IS THE MOST POPULAR RESTAURANT IN TOWN. . It's been here for a long time. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Live music on Thursday nights.

I love this place for breakfast. It has a decent dinner as well, but I always go for their great Mexican coffee and American style breakfast.
