Got even more time to kill? Dig hiking? Like petroglyphs? About an hour from Brian Head is Lion's Mouth Cave. Just look it up in Apple/Google Maps for directions. While I wouldn't exactly call it a cave, there's a trailhead that takes you to what's known as Lion's Mouth Cave, where you can see more petroglyphs.
