Peru and Japanese fusion. The fit out of this restaurant is like no other in Canberra!! The use of timber and fabric, it is spectacularly designed. I have to say, their food matches their great taste in design. It opened not long before Canberra entered a lockdown in August 2021. I have eaten it more takeaway than dine-in, it is excellent!!
