San Servolo is a new brand of Istrian beer, which originated from a family brewery in the small town of Buje in northwest Istria. San Servolo is an organic beer, unpasteurised and unfiltered, made with water from the Sveti Ivan spring in the Mirna River Valley and with barley and hop of the highest quality.
