Really nice beach, from Komiža you can get there with local agency, your car or rent a scooter. It is good for all kind of people, you can be on the beach or walk around the big stones and find your spot to relax and enjoy. There is a parking and a bar near the beach.
Very special big white pebbles and silver crystal sea. It really resembles its name Srebrna - The Silver One.
BEACHES - farther away: Named silver (srebrna) due to its very white pebble. Nice, shady beach bar. Often crowded. Get there by car/scooter (20 mins). By bike it is same as for Zaglav - tough but rewarding . Alternatively, taxi (150-200 kn)
the "silver" beach has the warmest and some of the clearest waters on Vis. Bring a picnic, we provide containers and bags just for that, and hang your hammock under the shade of the filao trees.
“BEACHES - farther away: This is surely Vis' finest sandy beach. Perfect for kids. Only accessible via nice footwalk (10 mins), the upside being that it is rarely as crowded as its beauty would otherwise make it. A local konoba offers shade, drinks and snacks. When at Milna follow the trail around the cape into Zaglav bay. Drive/scooter to Milna (20 mins). Biking is a 30 mins ride - the first half is a tough climb up the serpentine road above Vis bay, but it offers great views and takes you through the beautiful vineyards and olive orchards of Vis' inner valley. Alternatively, taxi (150-200 kn)”
“Splendid seating in beautiful garden. Nice fusion menu and cuisine. For a special evening.”
“‘Sister’ to two popular pizzerias of the same name in Zagreb, Karijola serves up thin-crust concoctions with high-quality toppings. Try the Karijola (tomato, garlic, mozzarella, rocket and prosciutto.”
“The best “peka” on the island and with excellent vine. They offer free transportation.”
