Swim at the Basin or Simpsons Beach, Sups and Kayaks for hire (Wed-Sun), paddle 11 kms to Audley (22 kms return) taking into the peaceful and beautiful vistas of the Royal National park. Walk through to Maianbar Beach Cafe (2.5 kms from Bundeena Hideaway) great water views from the top of the hill. Fish off the bridge at the Basin or use the BBQ facilities and cold water shower after swimming in Simpson's beach in the Bonnie Vale picnic area. (Vehicles parking here require a National Parks permit, day permits available either on site or at Bundeena News agency)
