City Heights Transit Plaza, I-15 + Univ Ave. "Freeway flyer" Express bus #235, 10-15 minutes to downtown, also north to Escondido. Fare $2.50. Buy "Compass" bus pass at the Chevon station, for sale at almost all hours.
